On May 30^th, Banner announced the release of a new product: The Sure Cross® U-GAGE® K50U Series Wireless Ultrasonic Sensors. These small sensors were designed to measure standard range

(300 – 3000 mm sensing range) or short-range (100 – 1000 mm sensing range) between the sensor and the target.

Banner created this line of products for plug-and-play use, which makes the essential integration with a Banner Wireless Node or MultihopModbus Radio quick and easy. The company designed the K50U Series Wireless Ultrasonic Sensors with the following industries in mind:

Banner's LTF, Now With IO-Link: Offering Robust Two-Way Communication, Reliable Detection, and Exceptional Accuracy!

What is IO-Link?

Banner's long-range time-of-flight laser measurement sensor, the LTF, has now added IO-Link to its list of many benefits.  The L-GAGE LTF now offers models with two independently configurable discrete outputs and the IO-Link industrial protocol. These new models now allow for robust two-way communication between the sensor and master device. Regardless of target color, material, or reflectivity, Banner's LTF series provides exceptional accuracy over long distances and reliable detection. Q4X Analog Laser Measurement Sensor

The Q4X analog versatile, rugged laser measurement sensor is the latest addition to the family of Q4X sensors, building upon the success of the Q4X discrete model, which has solved challenging applications across many industries.

As a new addition to Banner's measurement sensor offering, the Q4X analog expands the types of applications Banner can solve, providing continuous measurement of challenging targets from dark to reflective out to 300 mm. In addition to its longer range and greater excess gain, the Q4X is now further differentiated from the LR-Z, which is only available with discrete outputs.
