Banner EZ-Light TL70 Modular Tower Light

Single Multi-Color Segment & Louder Audible Segment

A multi-color module supporting up to three standard colors in a single segment is now available for Banner's TL70 Tower Light. This module has the same brightness and form factor as a single color segment and can be used to replace a three segment tower light. A TL70 can accommodate one multi-color module per light. A single color segment or audible module may also be used with a multi-color module used in the bottom position. 

Also available for the TL70 Tower Light is a loud 101 dB audible module. This module is twice as loud as the standard audible module and can be easily heard in environments where high ambient noise competes with critical alerts and alarms.Volume can be controlled via dipswitches on the module.

EZ-Screen LS For Machine Safeguarding And Challenging Environments

Banner's EZ-Screen LS is an easy-to-use safety light screen system for machine safeguarding and is built to withstand challenging environments common to both manufacturing and packaging. Simple to use, but not lean on benefits, the EZ-Screen LS provides enhanced features that include intuitive bi-color alignment indicators, automatic cascade configuration, end-to-end sensing design for "no bind zone" installations, robust IP65/IP67 housing with metal end caps, and more.

• Lengths available from 280 mm to 1820 mm in 70 mm increments
• 14,23, and 40 mm resolution options

Easy-to-use:

• Bi-color alignment indicators are along the length of the receiver for alignment and obstruction position

Banner EZ-LIGHT K90: The Family That Keeps On Growing

Improving upon its predecessors such as the K50, the Banner EZ-LIGHT® K90 offers a responsive, bright indicator in a uniform design measuring 90mm. With its large size, the K90 still can withstand high impact conditions, as well as washdown with an IP67 enclosure rating.

For any process, its important to discern which member of the EZ-LIGHT K90 family you will need:

• K90L: This model is available in 1-to-5 color models, in which only one color can be activated at a time. Each model includes a flashing input wire that will trigger any active color to flash at 1.6Hz
• K90TL: Available in 2-to-5 colors in one device! Meant for use in which more than one color needs to be activated at a time. The indicator alternates between all active colors at a rate of 1Hz. Having multiple colors in one device not only offers versatility, but reduces energy cost as well.
