Banner's EZ-Screen LS is an easy-to-use safety light screen system for machine safeguarding and is built to withstand challenging environments common to both manufacturing and packaging. Simple to use, but not lean on benefits, the EZ-Screen LS provides enhanced features that include intuitive bi-color alignment indicators, automatic cascade configuration, end-to-end sensing design for "no bind zone" installations, robust IP65/IP67 housing with metal end caps, and more.

• Lengths available from 280 mm to 1820 mm in 70 mm increments
• 14,23, and 40 mm resolution options
• Trip output (automatic reset) operation
• Standard and cascade models

Easy-to-use:

• Bi-color alignment indicators are along the length of the receiver for alignment and obstruction position
• Status indicators and diagnostic display for efficient troubleshooting
• Automatic cascade configuration
• Up to four EZ-Screen LS pairs can be cascaded together and automatically configured at power-up without the use of DIP switches or programming devices
• Short RD-to-RD connection cables between arrays and end-to-end sensing allows for same plane mounting without large cable loops or sensing field gaps between segments
• Remote Fixed Blanking
• Fixed blanking for ignoring stationary objects, such as press die beds and conveyors, can be remotely programmed with connection to a cascade receiver

• Robust IP65/IP67 aluminum housing
• Thick, extruded aluminum housing with die-cast zinc end caps
• Recessed window
• Window is recessed 5 mm for protection against physical impact from stock removal and incidental contact
