Prime Control’s DS150 is a double sheet detector that offers detection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The manufacturer developed a smart product that displaces the need to continuously recalibrate. After the initial calibration, the DS150 is able to detect single and double sheets as well as defective ones. Operators are aware of defective metal sheets from the blinking light sequence in the indication panel. The detection solution improves your bottom line, boost product quality, and ramps up manufacturing efficiency.

The DS150 is ideal for sheet feeders for the automotive, can making, and other metal-forming industries. It operates on 120 Volts AC or 240 Volts AC @ 50-60 Hz power.
