M18-4 Fixed-Field And Diffuse Sensors Lighting Resistance:
- High-efficiency factory lighting can generate light pulses which confuse some sensors employing only basic pulse counting demodulation methods.
- The new M18-4 sensors will remain OFF when no target is present, and reliably turn ON when the target is present even in the presence of energy efficient lighting.
- The M18-4 fixed-field and diffuse sensor's electronic ASIC includes robust cross talk avoidance.
